I chose to do a music magazine for my media course work, rather than a moving image as this would show my creative side to this subject. Making a collage was the first step to help me gather ideas and work out what type of music magazine I wanted to focus on. Breaking my collage into different sections; from eye catching images to funky and unusal fonts, helped me to build up my ideas.
From my collage I worked out what type of things I wanted to include within my music magazine. From my collage ideas, I worked out that I wanted to go for an indi rock type of magazine for teenagers /young adults. Making the images and information fun and thrilling for the music seekers, looking for new and up coming bands.
