There was a lot of thought which went into finding the location. We started with a range of ideas from woods and forests, the school, haunted houses etc...
Even though we are not 100% sure where it will all be set we have a rough idea how we want it to be like.
After watching many horror films we decided a house would be the most easiest and the most effective way of making this a sucsessful trailer. Also one of the other reasons for having it mostly filmed in a house is because of the non didetic sounds which you will pick up out doors.
charcters
we had many ideas for our film but it all started to get a bit complicated so we had to narrow it out which meant loosing some of the characters we planned to include in the trailer.
the charcters which will be included and what their part in the trailer will be:
- Little girl- She got killed at her house ten years ago (along with her mother) she has came back to haunt the girls who are looking after the house and cat when they are away for a few days.
- The two girls who are cat sitting- They are two students in their late teens who are just doing a favour to a family friend. They are very outgoing and caring girls who dont mind helping someone out when they are in need. They are normal until the little girl starts haunting them. (they are never the same again!)
- The murderer- this is a man at the start of the trailer who murderers the little girl. He has not got a big part and he is only in it for a few seconds.
